3.12 Minnesota Fats - WR Darren Waller

In the real world: A 4.46-second 40-yard dash at the Combine is one thing, but when the man running it is 6'6" and 238 pounds, that makes NFL teams take note. The Baltimore Ravens drafted Waller out of Georgia Tech in Round 6. It'll be interesting to see how Waller fares against the lower part of their depth chart at wide receiver (Kamar Aiken, Marlon Brown, Michael Campanaro)--whoever steps up can inherit a starting job from Steve Smith Sr., who is 36 years old and has 14 seasons under his belt. About the only reason I can think of as to why he went four rounds later than Devin Funchess had to do with production: Waller only caught 51 passes in his career at run-heavy Georgia Tech.
In the TUFF world: This is a good point in the draft to draft commodities such as size and speed, and Waller's size/speed combo makes for a desirable commodity.  It's fitting that Waller should go to the Fats, because he is a great-grandson of legendary jazz musician Thomas Wright "Fats" Waller.
