3.03 New Orleans Chocolate City - WR Kenny Bell

In the real world: Speedy (4.42 40) but definitely not small (6'1", 197 lb.), he went to Tampa Bay in Round 5. He could be the #2 receiver for the Bucs, perhaps as soon as next year (the rebuilding Bucs could cut Vincent Jackson after this season; he is presently owed $9.8 million for 2016). He's a little stiff and straight-lined. Matt Waldman really likes him, too--he did two articles on him, one that showcases his plusses, and another that focuses on the minuses and why he can address his issue of dropping passes.
In the TUFF world: I really like this pick and I might have considered him at 3.06 (as a handcuff for Jackson). New Orleans had already improved their WR corps with Amari Cooper and Dorial Green-Beckham, but Bell could be a contributor in the long run, too.
