2.08 Green Bay Ground Hogs - WR Tyler Lockett

In the real world: The Seattle Seahawks traded up in Round 3 to take Lockett--ahead of Devin Strong. He's relatively small (5'10", 182) but speedy (4.40 40yd) and can help Seattle on special teams as a return man.
In the TUFF world: The Green Bay Ground Hogs initially put this pick up for trade after Jaelen Strong and Devin Smith went off the board. They later decided to use the pick on Lockett--continuing a run on WRs in the process--because he improves their WR depth (they have Keenan Allen and Sammy Watkins as starters, with second-year man Cody Latimer waiting in the wings, but not much else).
